Rugby 7s 

On 5 August, our teams travelled to Canberra, the rugby capital of Australia, for the Brumbies Rugby High School 7s Finals.

The day incorporated the best teams from each regional area in ACT and Southern NSW.

Carroll College had three teams in attendance. Year 9/10 Girls, Year 9/10 Boys and Year 7/8 Boys.

Our teams all played well, improving as the day went along. Although they didn’t record any wins in the pool stages, all three of our teams won their third position final.

Well done to all our students for their excellent attitudes and impeccable behaviour on the trip. The winner today was definitely rugby union! Thank to Mr Brady, Mrs Katuke and Ms Johnston for taking and coaching the teams.
