Mindfulness Jars
Are you looking for something to help calm you down or help you to focus? Perhaps, consider a mindfulness jar. These are a fun and 'easy to make at home' jar filled with water and glitter glue.
Mindfulness Jars are a productive way to start to develop strategies to control your emotions.

Wellbeing Wednesdays:
We are also facilitating a different look for Wellbeing Wednesdays this term. This will be conducted in the HUB during AM 2 each Wednesday. Each week Ms Boller and the SRC will be presenting an information session that focuses on an organisation or initiative. Students are encouraged and welcome to participate.
Week 1: 20 minute gratitude session (SRC)

Week 3: 20 minute bingo session (SRC)
Week 4: National No Bullying Week (Ms Boller)
Week 5: Book Week activities (SRC)

What are our aims for Wellbeing Wednesdays:
- Build Connections - Good relationships are important for your wellbeing.

Be Active – boost your energy and mood by doing something active. Being active is not only good for your physical health and fitness it is also good for your mental wellbeing.

Mindfulness – be curious about the world and savour the moment. Some people call this mindfulness. Mindfulness can help you enjoy your life more.

Keep Learning – learn something new, something fun to boost your confidence and have fun. Learning new skills can boost your mental wellbeing.

Acts of Kindness – do something nice for someone. Acts of kindness can help improve your wellbeing.
