Food Technology - Special Occassions

Year 9 and 10 Food Technology have been busy in the kitchen this term. Students are studying a unit called 'Food for Special Occasions'. We are investigating dishes from around the world for a range of special occasions.
These photos celebrate foods from Indonesia- Nasi Goreng, and Italy - Feta filled meatballs and spaghetti.
We are looking forward to seeing the wonderful array of Special Occasion cakes that will be decorated in Week 8.
