Field Trip to Tilba Dairy

The HSC Business Studies course offers students great insight into the complexities of setting up and running a business. Last week, the students consolidated their learning by visiting the Tilba Dairy. The students heard first-hand the many challenges that businesses face and the strategies applied in response. They were also able to see the inputs and processes involved in the production of milk and cheese. Thanks to Erica Dibden and Cecilia Matthews for providing our students with this invaluable experience.
